Hips and front of legs sore still. Foot gave me a rough time for the middle mile. Like it just needs to crack. It's not painful... but... like I'm running on a 2" bar across the bottom of my foot.
Tried to take it a b it slower than last time. Tried messing with my pace to see if that would make the bar disappear. No such luck, I think. Maybe it's the shoes? Maybe it's just here to stay :(
