Notes
Hells bells we're officially in rehab. Directions: 20 minutes of 1:1 run:walk ratio.
Head-to-toe:
* Ecstatic to go for a run, but the first mile was still miserable
* Chilly to start, so wore: gloves, hat, ls shirt, jacket, gloves, heavy pants
* Lungs pissy (cold and out of shape)
* Core felt weak
* OMG with the cramps coming out when I run. First mile was the worst, then they calmed down
* Hips uber tight with flexors rocks post-run
* Butt tight too
* Left (inner) knee twingy for parts...may be shoes, pace or out-of-shape. Must watch
* Both ankles a mess. The left was tight/tweaky. The right felt too loose.
* Foot check: Left, fine. Right, I knew it was there and it felt tight for the first half.
Overall, I think my pace (and hr) says I haven't run in a LONG time... I'm out of shape... But DAMN that felt good.
