90' easy + 8x20sec strides
Felt good through the run. Really getting good at feeling the pace and not pressing early in runs. Fitness is peaking.
Did 8 strides around mile/5k effort. Last few were really smooth. Ready for taper to heal up the fatigued legs and I think I'm ready to race. Haven't felt this physically prepared before. Excited for Boston but I know the course and conditions don't really care what shape I'm in.
