Reasonable run. Planned this like a Boston simulator. Downhill start with steep rollers, exposed middle miles, and hilly climb at the end. Ran progression with effort in mind. Hills cracked me a bit mentally and needed to stop at 14 for a second to gather myself. Doesn't happen often to me but felt like I was working way too hard so just wanted to restart to be safe. Geared down at top of the hill and just ran easy for last mile and change. All in all a decent run with a lot of the right elements for race day. This 16 always gets the best of me so glad to at least benefit from the training conditions.
