both tasted good, went down easy, no stomach upset.

nice easy run

tough couple of days for eating before this run - pizza,oatmeal, grill cheese, salmon,etc..

felt pretty good though.

so..update on wednesday...my neck has been in rough shape since this run. at a couple of points in this run, I noticed my posture change to an eyes down..maybe this is not a good thing?????
