Shelby Bottom Boogies 15K run

3 miles warm up

pouring, what a mud quest! quite a few sections with ankle deep water. wood bridges very slippery. It's almost like running in a small creek.

I was planning to use the water stations and do a 18 mile long run.

but the chafing on the "Nut area" caused by the new Nike short made me quit at the end of the race.....

ITBS did not show up, but still there and I can feel it after the run.
