trying to get back to shape.
did three 7.6MPH, 7.0 incline 0.5 mile hill workout
the rest at 1-2 incline, 7-9 MPH speed
right knee start to feel sore at end, no ITBS, 8 mile is a pretty safe distance now, at least in ITBS' perspective.
