My legs were pretty tired at the start of the run. I think it's partly because I'm increasing mileage and partly because leg day was on Sunday. Because of that and the shorter recovery periods, I decided to decrease my pace. The intervals felt progressively harder, but the recoveries were sufficient and I felt like I *could* have done a fourth interval, but I really really didn't want to. I also had heartburn again.
I think I'll start rotating between 1) long interval, 2) short interval, and 3) tempo runs once I stop building my mileage.
