Notes
Great run today. I was feeling great and the trees were really pretty, so I decided to just keep running until I ran out of trail. I made sure to run at a very easy pace. My knees started bothering me about halfway through and the joint below my big toe started hurting after the run.
I plan on running a bit less next run so I don't go above my goal mileage for the week.
Here are my splits. I'm not sure why the last split is so slow. It could be because I was going through the woods at the end.
