X-rays showed that I have an accessory navicular bone in my right foot and that I have injured the tendon running along it. Recovery time is six weeks, but arch cookies may allow me to run during the recovery. If there is still pain after six weeks, then I may need to consider surgery which has a recovery time of about 3 months. :/
