Club run. It seemed like we stood around forever trying to figure out which route to take. The run felt pretty good.. Miles 2.5-3.5 were downhill and miles 3.5-4.5 were uphill (about a 2.5% slope each way). The two women I were running with decided to walk and then I got stuck at a traffic light, so I lost a lot of momentum. Around the 5 mile mark, I ran into another runner who had faded bad. We ran the rest of the way back together. I consider today something like a tempo or progression run. The first run on my own was a warm up, then four faster miles, then about two miles of cool down.
