I think I over did it on the trails this weekend. I had planned to run 8 miles/120 minutes, but my left knee was bothering me. After about 4 miles, I hopped onto the flat, gravel path and ran the mile back to my car. I'm considering taking the rest of the week off so that I can run the half on Sunday.
