Notes
The run felt pretty good. In the future, I think I should warm up for 1.5-2 miles, then run at tempo pace for 2.5-3 miles. I didn't feel "in the grove" until about a mile into the tempo portion of the run and I faded a bit in the second half.
This was my first run taping my toe. It seemed to work well until around mile 2 when I felt the tape come loose. The pain was still a lot less than without the tape.
