Notes
This run was only so-so. I wore the pad again. I could definitely tell I had taken a few days off - breathing and legs were rough near the end. My arch didn't feel 100%, but it felt better as the run went on. The only hard part is turns - those hurt. My right leg started cramping a bit near the end - I think that has to do with the pad. I don't know if the pad helped at all this time. I may try running without it tomorrow and give myself the option of stopping and walking back if my arch hurts.
