First time running in the morning again. North Shore -> Weihle -> W&OD -> Reston Pkwy -> North Shore.
Run felt pretty good. Some minor knee pain, but nothing felt like an injury. I was surprised at the number of people I saw along the W&OD, but very few said/waved hello. I think I prefer the trails where I don't see anyone. :p
