Reston 10 Miler.
Really great race. My goal was to maintain a 9:30 to 10 minute pace. I made sure to start out very slow and then, about halfway through, I let myself run naturally. I ran the entire race feeling very comfortable. I had way to much energy left since I was able to finish in an all out sprint. I could have easily maintained my pace for another 3 miles, so I think 2 hours is a reasonable goal for my half at the end of the month.
