Tried running again. I took it very easy this time. The GPS didn't connect initially, so I'm not sure how accurate the distance is.
My plan was 5 min run/1 min walk. The run felt good. My knees ached the tiniest amount, but my breathing felt good. I took the turns and any roots very carefully. The last 5/1 set was cut a bit short because my boyfriend got a bad side stitch. After that, we walked the rest of the route.
My arches were a bit sore after the run, but the next day only my thighs were sore.
