Was tired going into the workout, so I cut the warm up short by 0.5 miles. Last interval was rough, so instead of cooling down with a mile, I walked 0.1 miles (not entered above).

I might not have been ready for this workout, but I'm glad I finished. I may need to repeat this next week.
