Notes
First run back. I took it very easy. The only thing between me and walking was the bounce in my step. Downhill and turns hurt a bit, but it was bearable. Since I went so slowly, I didn't have any issues my muscles, joints, breathing, etc. I didn't even break a sweat. I just ran a loop around the office complex.
The GPS didn't sync at first, but I only missed about 0.04 miles. That puts my overall distance/pace at 1.46/13:50.
I don't have noticeably more pain the following morning. I may or may not go for another short run today.
My goals for November are first to run for 30 minutes without pain, then to run for 3 miles without pain. I'm hopeful that once the pain goes away, I'll be able to pick up the pace.
