Notes

Easy run after workout at gym, had some pretty bad side stitch and was tired so only did 5K. Did 3x30 second strides at end at 10.5. Left ankle feeling wonky all day, left arch slightly sore, left shin still sore but not at its worst, right hip continues getting better but was quite tight after run.

Workout at Equinox included:

Squats - 2x5x85, 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 1x5x115 (hard to get good depth, favoring left side, difficult overall)

Chin-Ups - 1x6x10, 1x6x15, 1x6x20, 1x6x10

Bench Press - ladder to 6 with 10 second rest at 125lbs - plan was only to do up to 5 but was feeling ok, L helped with the last of the 3 rep set on way down but that was the only help, surprised myself with this

Incline BB Bench - 3x6x95lbs

Split squats - 1x6x15lbs, 1x6x20lbs - still afraid to push hard through my right glute but better than last time I attempted the split squats.
