Notes

Easy 50 minutes on bike 26, was working perfectly until about 35 minutes in and then watts dropped from about 220 to between 145 and 195, ended up averaging 211 watts, 97 rpm, 151 heart rate

Did a workout before:

Push Press - 2x4x105, 1x3x105 (was going to try 3x5x100 but decided on 105, was very hard, especially after first 2 reps)

Dips (on ab station) - 1x8x30, 1x6x45, 2x5x55

Angled Chin-Ups - 3x6x30

Leg Raises - 1x8, 2x6 (these just seem to be getting harder)
