Notes

Had bike 26, stayed on for 90 minutes including spin class with Mark. Class was ok, lots of progressive intervals followed by recovery.

10 minutes warm up at 9 on dial, followed by 50 minutes at minimum 10:30 on dial. Watts were actually pretty consistent although it did max me out at 765. Ended up averaging 266 watts, 97 rpm, 164 heart rate for the hour including quite a few minutes with heart rate in high 170's peaking twice at 182.

Followed with a 30 minute cool down at 9:00 and low 90's rpm, heart rate stayed above 160 and the last 15 minutes were pretty bad, no energy, hard to keep legs moving.

Ended up averaging 252 watts, 96 rpm, 163 heart rate for the 1:30
