Notes

Had bike 26, rode for 30 minutes, took a piss and then rode for 1:10 including spin class. Watts were calibrated quite high for first 30 minutes, averaging 241 watts, 96 rpm, 139 hart rate, all at 9:00 position on dial

For spin class watts were calibrated lower and were more erratic especially dropping towards the end. Did 10 minute warm up and 5 minute cooldown at 9:00, rest of the time was spent at 10:30-12:00 with shirt intervals at higher resistance. Ended up averaging 228 watts, 96 rpm, 162 heart rate for the 1:10.

Went to see doctor after; he's pretty sure it is a deep muscle strain and was able to work the source of the pain. Will try releasing this before running again.
