Kept it simple today and just worked on back. Hip seems to be getting a bit better but slowly, still some instability and it didn't like rack pulls too much. Tried a light jog on gym floor and although better than last attempt still a ways away from being able to run.
Rack Pulls - 1x10x135, 1x10x155, 1x10x175, 1x10x195
Wide Grip Pull Ups - 1x8, 3x6x25, 1x8
Cable Rows - 1x10x100, 3x8x120
1 Arm Cable Pulldowns + Lat Pressdowns - 4 sets
