Notes

Training session went much better today. Iced my foot religiously yesterday and took ibuprofen, felt much better today but still hurting. Attempted bench ladder (up to 5) at 135lbs and was only able to get up to 4 before needing help the rest of the way. Did sumo deadlifts at 115lbs, some cable rows at 85lbs, pull-up ladder (up to 6) that I nearly completed.

After the gym foot started acting up again, will try to run tomorrow wearing my old Kinvara 2's as there is quite a bit of arch support in the insoles.
