Notes

Woke up quite hungover so just wanted to do a short recovery easy run before my training session. Started experiencing some foot pain around the outer metatarsals towards the end of the run; otherwise felt pretty relaxed.

Training session didn't go too good, struggled with 95lb squats and 115lb bench ladder. Did push press for the first time but couldn't get the technique down and struggled with 3 reps at 85lbs.

Foot started to feel worse throughout the day and was in a world of pain by the end of the day, knew I had to take at least a couple of days off and try to get it under control. Not sure what caused this pain today but I did wear my creepers for the first time last night and my foot was clenching due to them being a slight bit too big.
