Hamstrings and hips just not feeling right so haven't been running. Might have overworked them with massage. Workout at gym went ok, squat depth not bad, push press took some effort, shoulder a little wack after from dips?
Squats - 1x5x95, 1x3x115, 1x1x125, 3x5x130
Push Press - 1x5x100, 1x5x105, 1x6x110
Split Squats - 1x6x45, 1x6x65, 1x6x85 (w/barbell, last set crazy hard)
Pull-Ups - 1x5x25, 1x5x45, 1x4x45, 1x3x45, 1x4x25 (from pretty much dead hang)
Dips - 1x6x35, 1x5x55, 2x3x75
