Notes

Decided to test out my right leg after a workout upstairs. Hamstring was tight from the start (where the knots are) and then at about 1k in the pain in upper outer right thigh started to return. It got progressively worse although there were moments when it seemed to ease up. For the most part it is a dull pain but it feels somewhat deep inside and can shoot down my leg a bit so it definitely messes up my stride. Will try to see Kim this week; I don't think it is anything serious and it didn't bother me with squats but I don't want it to get worse.

Workout upstairs went pretty good. Felt strong with both squats and bench press. Worked on some muscle-ups which are getting more fluid and some levers and core work.

Squats - 1x5x95, 3x3x95 (paused for about a 2 count at bottom)

Bench Press - 3x5x125 (paused for about a 2 count at bottom)
