Notes

Yesterday went to gym to do some leg work. Hip was more stable and was able to do leg press with 90 lbs plus work up to 25 lb dbs with reverse lunges. Felt like I was getting better extension on right side with the glute kickback machine also. Decided to give a little go on the treadmill and felt pain right from the start but it didn't necessarily get worse. Did 3 sets of 5 minutes with 2 minutes walking in between. In final set was able to do a minute or so at 6.5. Felt pretty unstable and wobbly as I was trying to avoid the discomfort in hip near groin. When I got off the treadmill there wasn't any instant discomfort, just some general tightness. Did 20 minutes on stairmaster upstairs after doing 106 floors.

Could feel some hip soreness in evening but stability seemed ok so I don't think I did any damage with the test run. Not sure when I should try another as I feel that the dynamic stretching with extension during the run may help. The impact definitely isn't good though.

Hip seemed to recover ok from yesterday as it wasn't too achy this morning but I did have major DOMs from yesterday. Chest workout was really strong today. Did 20 minutes elliptical after for 2.03 miles and 20 minutes of the stairmaster upstairs for 113 floors. Able to work up to level 10 without hands but still need to stare down at stairs.

Incline DB Press - 2x12x50, 2x10x50

DB Flys - 2x12x40, 2x10x40

Narrow Dips - 4x10x25

Bar Pressdowns - 4x10x50
