Notes

Mostly back day but wanted to throw in some leg exercises in hopes of working through this DOMs. Deadlifts went pretty good but first reps at 225 seemed shaky. Pause squats were tough especially with the hamstring and adductor DOMs

Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 2x5x225, 1x8x225

Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 3x5x155

Pause Squats - 3x5x95

Pull-Ups - 4x6x25

Cable Rows - 3x8x100

Lat Cable Pushdowns - 3x10x50
