Mostly back day but wanted to throw in some leg exercises in hopes of working through this DOMs. Deadlifts went pretty good but first reps at 225 seemed shaky. Pause squats were tough especially with the hamstring and adductor DOMs

Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 3x5x155
