Notes

Recovery run after workout, calves a little tight.

Workout was ok but really disappointed with bench press as 135 felt crazy hard. Focused on more controlled dips but still felt weak. Form was bad on step-ups.

Rack Pulls - 3x5x225 (quite hard especially 1st rep of each set)

Bench Press - 3x8x135

Dips - 2x8x35, 1x7x35

Step Ups - 1x6x45, 2x6x65 (onto 18 inch platform)

Random ab work - abs feeling a bit better but still hurt when doing L pull ups
