Notes

Forgot to take my weight this morning. Did some strides on treadmill at gym, running 30 seconds at 8.0, 8.5, 9.0, 9.5, 10.0, 10.5, 11.0 and then 30 seconds at 10.0 and 12.0. Left arch hurting a bit, right side very tight. Did a small workout after including 4x8x135 bench press (last couple of reps tough), 4x8 pull-ups, 4x6-7 narrow grip dips with 20lbs, 3x12x30 face pulls, 1x5x65, 1x5x85, 1x5x95 front squats (felt like I was favoring my left side, back a little tight after).
