Notes

20 min stationary bike. PPV exercises. Physioball wall squats. Leg raises all 4 directions, 10lbs., ultrasound, massage, stim, ice. Still have that knot and pain across the top of the kneecap when squatting or going down stairs. Otherwise pretty good. No running till next week.
