Notes

Warmed up on the elliptical for 5 minutes, then did some stretching, then eased into the run, gradually picking up the pace. Felt pretty good. After, I did 5 minutes on the exercise bike using my left leg only. Gotta get that leg stronger! Stretched somemore at the end.
