Got a massage last night. Holy CRAAAP did that hurt! I was sweating, grimacing, my knuckles were white from gripping onto the table, I may have even cried a bit. No sympathy. I guess I needed it.
Had a really nice walk this AM with Jake. It was clear and calm and cold, with freezing fog covering everything, making it all glisten like crystal.
Ran at lunchtime from work, out on the roads. The first few miles were full of little aches and pains, perhaps from the massage? Then everything settled down and I fell into a nice comfortable groove. It was a nice day, relatively warm, ran in just shorts and a shirt. Did some strides at the end. Good to be out there!
