Oye!

Started out with 2250 meters of something, it was a blur. It started out with drills, and ended up with a lot of 50's and 100's with very little rest. Pretty cooked at the end of that.

The next 750 meters were done with flippers on. By the end of that, my tendons in my left ankle were pretty strained, but I think they're ok.

Then it was 900 meters of stuff.

Time to get out. 3900 meters total. Overall, not too bad. Certainly much better than Tuesday.
