Notes
Much cooler and less humid this AM. Felt surprisingly good, was able to hold pace better than I thought I could at this point. Nassau Pt. hills kicked my butt, and my pace slowed a bit after that, but overall pretty good. Things are still out of whack with me favoring my left foot and knee, hopefully with time it'll work out.
