Notes

Lunchtime at the gym. 5min elliptical w/u. Leg curl 2x10x50lb. Leg extension 2x8x75/70lb. 75 was too heavy so scaled back the second set. 10 wide arm assisted pullups 40lbs. 8 narrow grip pullups. 2x Randy Couture routine w/20lb dumbbells. Added back extensions, planks (front, side), core leg extensions, one legged squats 10x. Some adductor mobility at the end.
