Oye! Started with 2900m of various short hard repeats. Then did 3x300m decending on 5:15. Finished up with 6x100m with fins, mixing up freestyle, backstroke and kicking. The coach said I was doing very well considering it was only the 6th time back in the pool.
Scheduled a massage for Tuesday, muchly needed. The swimming and now getting back to running has me pretty sore.
