Finally a good run. Heat and humidity still there, but it seemed more bearable today. Finally getting used to it? Gradually picked up the pace the first three miles, then ran at MP+10% for the next 11 miles, then backed down again for the final 2 miles, running the last one on the grass. Just got into a comfortable groove and kept going.
