Ran trails at Indian Island. Snow/ice is finally gone, so it was good to get back out there again. Nice sunny day, deep blue skies, deep blue water, crisp clear air. Good to be out there. Picked up the pace in the middle. It felt good to open up a bit. Considering I was running on sandy trails, was still tired from the weekend's runs, threw up twice again, the faster pace felt relatively comfortable. Twisted my left ankle on a tree root, one of the pitfalls of trail running. It should be ok though. A good run.
