Joined a swim program. Today was the first time back in the pool in 11 years.

3x200 150 free, 50 kick 600
16x50 800
6x200 decending 3-2-1 1200
3x100 decreasing rest 300
2x50 50 fast, 50 easy 100
Was ok thru the 16x50, then I ran out of gas and struggled the rest of the workout. The total workout was to be 4000 meters, but after 3200 the coach pulled me out of the water and said "you're done for today". I barely made it back to the locker room. It's gonna be a loooonnngggg road back. I need coffee.
