50 degrees! Ran in shorts. Foggy, windy. Ran without my headlamp, boy was it dark! Came across a tree that had blown down onto some power lines and was on fire, so I called that in when I got home. Approaching it, I thought it was someone's fireplace that I smelled. It actually looked pretty cool in the pitch darkness. The run felt ok, I was able to get a lot of junk out of my sinuses and lungs. I've been nursing a tender spot on the front of my right ankle the past few runs. It always comes on around mile 4, but never really gets bad, just a tender spot, and goes away when I stop. Started in with ultrasound last nite.
