Notes

Oh man did I get my ass kicked today. I was tired to begin with, intensity was high with very little rest between reps, and half the workout was supposed to be done with flippers on, and I didn't have any. Good to get this one over with. I don't even know what we did out there, it was all a blur. All I remember is trying to keep up with the person in front of me.
