I wasn't gonna run today due to being sick, but the weather for tomorrow looks bad so I sucked it up and went at lunchtime. Pleasantly surprised at how good I felt. Although I hit my target times pretty close, I would say I was working a little harder than I should've been, but still it was a good run, I'm very pleased with it.
