Notes

After the ITB routine. Technique felt decent. Kept a steady 175-180 stride rate. Not sure I was getting great glute/hamstring activation though. Hip was a little bothersome. Wore the Inov-8's with the orthotics. My heels don't seat well with the orthotics in, and it feels like my foot is twisted in the shoe with the orthotics in. But when I run, it seems like my heel makes minimal contact with the ground anyway. Not sure if that's good or not. I think I need to land more mid foot for stability.
