Easy steady effort lunchtime run. It's Wednesday, so that means I burped bacon the entire time. :-) Icky out, with 45* wind driven rain. This is May? It was more of a stay under the covers kind of day. In fact I think I dozed off a few times during the run. I was not dressed properly and froze by the end. Being soaked with a windchill in the upper 30's isn't too pleasant, but then again, it was my choice to be out there.
