Good Run. My adductor/hip flexor was a little sore going into this as I think I massaged it too hard last night. It has generally been feeling much better though. After the warm up (12 minutes) I didn't even feel it anymore, at least until I started stretching afterwards. It was a really good run. I kept the pace up and felt strong. I felt like it was a tough pace to keep but not like I was struggling too much. I could keep it longer for sure. I averaged a 7:08 pace for the 2.6 mile return. That is pretty good. It was warmer today, like 48 degrees so I didn't wear a coat or hat or gloves.
