Good run. Legs are really tired, really heavy. No bounce. Maybe I should take a day off. Not sure. Think I will run a slow pace tomorrow and see how that goes. Left quad is sore. Overuse? My right side feels great though. That is a really good sign. I ran intervals. Run for 15 minutes for warm up, run at 160+ for five minutes. Run at 130+ for 5. Run at 170+ for 4 minutes, run at 130+ for 4; run at 170+ for 3 mintutes, run 130+ for 3; run 170+ for two, run the rest at tempo of 130+. It was good, I got tired and the last two minutes was really hard. Maybe I should try this strategy in reverse? Oh, well time to eat.
