Run in NB. Did leg swings/ lunges before. Not the run I had in mind when I set out, I wanted to run around the peninsula for an EZ 9 mile run. Ended up taking a slightly wrong turn which actually routed me back to the hotel. During this I was getting nervous that I was lost and had 1 faster mile and I was feeling good. Ran to the park instead (down Union St which is pretty stop an go and is under construction), once I got to the park ended up doing an impromptu easy tempo. It was fun to run faster and nice on a loop with no stopping. Left hip only tight afterward, did PT hip exercises + leg lifts. Ran of motion is slowly coming back, seems like I've got the correct exercises down to fix this
